Well I have a 9mo DD... hubby and I have been relying on condoms since she was born, and needless to say, it is horrible. We've got no sex life anymore, and its hurting our relationship alot.
I dont want to be on BC, nor do I want a mirena, I dont want any kind of hormonal methods..
So it leads me to FAM. Is this a practical method for a new mom? I mean, I don't wanna get pregnant again for a little while. Its nerve wracking to think about actually, lol. We've been using withdrawal the last little bit, and I think withdrawal + FAM would be a very good method, does anyone else do this? Withdrawal alone, if done perfectly is supposedly fairly effective, so combined with FAM I'm thinking it would be pretty effecient, yes?
I'm a little nervous because I don't know much about charting. But, I do have the TCOYF book so I will be cracking it open!
