I got a + OPK this morning which i'm happy about but my temp dropped from 97.6 to 97.0 I woke up this morning freeeeezing which i feel is a combination of stupidly wearing a short sleeve shirt to sleep and the lack of covers i had on when i woke up. Now I'm wondering if there a way to make a note or something on FF regarding my environmental factors that I feel may have influenced my morning temp. Do you think my body out of whack (which wouldn't surprise me) or is it because i was freezing?
just a thought. a + opk means that it is going to happen in the near future. I usually had a temp dip the day of ovulation then a thermal shift started the next day. I would keep it in mind and wait for a day or two to see what happens
Yep a + opk means you will ovulate with in the next couple of days and a temp dip is good cuz it means your body will be ovulating and you want to see your temp go up after you have ovulated. GL!
