I had a m/c today. I was only 17 dpo and got a + blood test at 14 dpo. I am just going to give myself a little time, but my OB said I could start ttc right away because it was as if I didn't actually get pg. The egg tried, but failed almost immediately. OK she didn't say it like that. I was distraught and can't remember her words.
