I have taken my first OPK and have a question.

I have a very faint test line compared to my control line.

Can you get this reading after you've O'd or only prior to O? Was just wondering As I've said in previous posts I think my cycle is about every 6 wks.

I have CM that looks like water down mashed potatoes so I took a OPK cause I do not know how to tell between my different CMs yet. I does not stretch so I put it as Sticky CM... whould this be right?

I have got fain lines before Oing, but once I get a positve I stop testing, so I do not know about post Oing. I would assume it can happen at either end.

Typically you don't see a line after you O. It only indicated the presence of the LH surge prior to O. At least that is how I remember it from last time when I used opk's.
