This is my first cycle using OPK's.
I don't know if I am doing it right at all. I am using First Response kits.
Cycle Day 13: I got a very faint line - I put negative
Cycle Day 15: I got a faint line - lighter then day 13 so I put Negative
Cycle Day 16: Faint line about the same as day 13 - I put negative.
Cycle Day 17: I got a faint line but darker then Day 16 - I put negative
Cycle Day 18: Darker line, but not as dark as the test the line - I originally put positive
Cycle Day 19: Same darker line as day 18 but again not as dark as the test line - I originally put positive. Linea were very close in color.
Cycle 20: Lines are basically the same color. Very little bit better then day 19 - I put positive
Cycle Day 21: Same as yesterday. Same color. I put positive.
I went back today and changed Cycle Day 18 & 19 to negative. The box says the lines have to be the same color, but I literally had to hold it up close to see the difference in color. If you held it arms length, they looked the same.
I have no more CM, my cervix position is coming down. My temps went up a bit.
I am so confused. I am not TTC right now because I can't. I am waiting for a tubal reversal but I wanted to get a few months of temping, charting etc under my belt before hand so I know my body it bit better.
On Monday I had a tetanus vaccine. I don't know if that makes a difference. I also had a very bad flu at the beginning of my cycle at took TAMIFLU medication.
If I didn't use the OPK, I would have assumed that my O day one schedule at Day 19, but now I have no idea.
Is it possible to have 4 days of surge? What happens if I test again tomorrow and I get another positive? I am using my first morning sample. Same time every morning. Same with checking my CM and position. I don't think I am going anything wrong.
Any help would be great. Thanks
