Dh will be home tomorrow, and no doubt he'll open the windows and turn on the fan. He's rather warm natured. Usually when we have the windows open/fan on, my temp runs mid 96-mid 97s. The past few days that DH has been gone, my temps have been at their highest, with a coverline at 96.88. Could having the windows open ect, be effecting my temps? I haven't had them open lately...allergies driving me bonkers!

seasonal changes can affect temperatures. I am not sure what to do about it other than try to remain consistant if you can

Good luck

As long as you're not turning your bedroom into a meat locker, you should see a minimal change, if any, and your body should adjust rather quickly.

Minor changes to environment really don't affect your temps as much as you'd think.

Hope that helps...

Thanks Coley! Yeah, that did help. I wasn't sure how all this hot weather and humidity (thus windows open and fan use) were going to effect my temps. They've been so much higher than with previous cycles.

its more about the overall trend of the cycle when comparing it to another one. Good luck!
