I could only find one that counts 1/100. I know it is recommended to use one that is 1/10th... So this morning when I started charting, my temp was 97.25. In that case, do I round up to 97.3 or down to 97.2? Thanks!

Doesn't really matter, as long as you do it the same every time. Technically, I think it would be 97.3

I think the suggestion to use one decimal instead of 2 is that it is almost too fine of detail.
From .1-.4 you round down and from .5-.9 you round up

happy temping
