Okay so ever since I got my IUD out in February my cycles are about 40-42 days long (blah). I got a positive OPK a couple months ago on cycle days 26 and 27, then 14 days later I got my period (counting the 28th as the day I O'd). So I assumed that I have a 14 day luteal phase.
This is the first cycle that I'm charting temps (I don't have any OPK's and the ones I ordered aren't here yet). I'm not expecting to O until next week so my husband and I haven't dtd yet, but FF is trying to say that I did (maybe) 3 days ago (cross hairs aren't full lines). I'm super bummed, really super bummed and so is my husband.
I just need to know from those of you that know charts better than I do whether or not there is still a chance that I haven't O'd yet?
Thanks ladies I appreciate it.

The only reason FF would throw crosshairs up is because you had three consecutive temps above your coverline. Your second temp isn't filled in though so I'm guessing you didn't temp at a regular time?
Try discarding that temp for now and then see what happens tomorrow. If your temps are still high then I would guess you O'd. If not then there is still hope

Okay, now it says I O'd 5 days ago possibly.
I just started getting O pains an hour or so ago, wth. My body is really starting to bug me.
Thanks
I also adjusted one of the temps on cd 11 with this site: Basal Body Temperature Adjuster - WhenMyBaby since I took it 2 1/2 hours later.

Just keep temping; ff had my crosshairs up and a week later I had an extreme temp shift and ff recalculated. You may still O on the day you think you will, but it does kinda look like ff is correct, as of now.

Hi, ehh, I bounce around a bit from a couple of the boards. I just started temping this cycle and my temps are so weird, I can't make head nor tail of any of it. I've been getting EWCM for the last couple of days and that just makes everything even more confusing.

My cross hairs went away, yay, mostly.
I take my temp between 6 and 630 am every morning. Only once or twice did I take it late (9am). Does it make a difference that I sleep with no blanket in a room with fans running (but it's still too hot).

I use an app on my phone to enter in the temp right after I take it, and it tracks the time I take it too.

I could be wrong but it almost looks like my body tried to O at my regular time (as if I still had a 32 day cycle) but didn't.
Either way, I have an appointment on Friday morning with my OB office to talk to them about my cycles being weird. I'll have almost a whole cycle of charting to show them which is better than nothing.
I finally got my OPK's in the mail today and the one I took this afternoon was negative, which makes me wonder, because I should be sometime soon if I'm still on a 41 day cycle.

Well I went to my appointment today, which kinda sucked because my babysitter overslept and I had to take all of my kids into the tiny little room with me. That and my daughter kept trying to answer the questions for me, my older son played in the privacy curtain, and my youngest son screamed because his sister was looking at him. FUN.
So the dr says that he's concerned about the length of my cycles since they were pretty regular before I got pregnant with my last (and the IUD). Concerned that I have painful heavy bleeding in the beginning of my cycle. I showed him my chart and he believes I have not ovulated yet and that I may not this cycle. He won't start me on any medication, obviously since my husband and I have only been "trying" for the last 6 months (more like NTNP atm). He does want me to get blood drawn on cd 3, and try to schedule an ultrasound and whatever to see if I've ovulated around cd 21. He won't recommend any help until we've been trying for a year, which is fine by me because I know that we haven't really been into it yet. I'm just more concerned about my cycles being so blah. We'll be at a different base anyway by then so different drs and different opinions.
Anyway that's that. I'm considering trying soy next cycle though to see if that will help my cycles a little (with ovulation and shortening). Plus I've got a jar of honey and a bottle of Robitussin to help me out too lol. If that doesn't work at least I know I'm not congested and the honey may help with my allergies out here (it was made locally).
On another note, I'm really *** about my chart lol. I don't get it anymore. I have an alarm set so that I take my temp at the same time every morning. With the same thermometer. Argghh.

I'm sorry about the frustrating appointment. It definitely does not sound like fun. I just looked at your chart and it looks like you may have O'd on Wednesday. If you put in a fake high temp for tomorrow, does it give you crosshairs? It just looks like the past 2 days you've had a steady temp rise.
