Any tips? I'm supposed to temp at the same time every morning right? I wake up at different times each day (usually work nights) so I set my alarm for 8am to go off every day... is this okay?

Anything else I should know? I purchased the CVS brand BBT.

That sounds great! You should get at least 3 hours of consecutive sleep.

The records works best if the temps are taken around the same time right before you get out of bed... It's tough because you may miss out on a day or two but try to stick with it... Good Luck!
