when I get the temp spike then that means that I have already ovulated? So this means that I would have to do the BD on the days that my cm is sticky egg whites?
You definitely want to BD when you get the fertile CM....watery is good and when it looks like egg whites it's the most fertile...keep BDing until after you have 3 consecutive high temps (just to cover all bases). One temp spike does not necessarily indicate ovulation. You need it to go up and stay up.

I was just viewing your chart , wanted to let you know that CD 1 is your first day of actual flow. not spotting. and yes you want to BD when your CM changes from creamy to watery or EWCM. and keep BDing till fertility friend confirms ovulation . good luck!.

Any cm is good cm. once in thins and stretches it is better so when you start seeing any its a good idea to start BD about every other day until O is confirmed
