I'm going on cd 56 and was spotting for the past 13 days.... when i say spotting I mean little brown discharge (sorry) and not heavy enough of a flow to wear a pad.. just liners... I was hoping that the beginning of this that it would lead on to AF friend so that my next chart could start but it's been tapering off like it was AF.... But how could it be because it was sooooo light.... I know that FF counts the first day of a cycle when you start the bleeding... argh.. so frustrating...
I have an appointment on the 7th (tomorrow) so hopefully I can get answers.....

I was just about to ask a somewhat similar question. I hope you get answers, I don't know since I'm in nearly the same boat.

From everything I have read, you can't count spotting as CD1. It has to be actual bleeding. I know how frustrated you must be! I really hope your doctor can help bring on AF for you so you can start fresh. Let us know how it goes tomorrow!!

Thanks for checking up with me! The new doctor was good... I can't really judge him yet because he really didn't have a lot of information on me because they didn't have my files yet. All he had were the charts that I plotted from Fertility Friend and my timeline with HCG levels. Just by that he was able to narrow down to a few issues... Possible luteal phase defect.. low progestorone level.... He told me that my body seemed to react well with the provera and clomid in the past and that I should continue on with the method.... So I am.. provera and 150mg of clomid for this cycle... I'll start next week... As for the spotting.. I asked if that should be considered as a new cycle but he said that it was the shedding reminants of the uterus lining.... But he did clarify that it was anovulatory cycle... Much like what everyone on here suggested... Hate to believe it though...

I know it totally sucks and you must be really frustrated! I hope your cycle starts fresh soon and you have a good ovulation and BFP next cycle!
