Advanced until you get the hang of things and Fertility Awareness when you know more about how to read your chart yourself. All the methods are prone to error, FF is just kind of famous for that.

I prefer family awareness simply because I understand the method, and I'd have the same coverline and ovulation day that I would have if I would have done it by hand. This month the two methods said the same thing, but sometimes I look at achart interpreted by the advanced FF setting and I have no clue where they are getting their CH from.

i have never changed them.... i still have a year and a half before I ttc
