Hello Ladies! Happy Saturday to everybody! I have a question...This is my 1st month charting my temps and this morning I had a huge temp dip at 5 dpo. It has been at 98.0 for the 4 dpo and now this morning it dropped to 97.6. Is this a normal thing to happen during the luteal phase? I just don't have any other charts to compare it to, is all. I just think that at 5dpo, it is way too early for an implantation dip (unless my O day was actually sooner than I thought) or it could have just been a wrong reading today. Or will my temp likely go up and down during this phase?
FertilityFriend allows you to search tons of other women's charts based on key words, including implantation dip. To find charts that resulted in pregnancy and had implantation dips, do the following.
Once on the FertilityFriend website, on the lefthand sidebar, click on "charts" under the "galleries" header. Then click on "search." On the "category" drop-down menu, select "pregnancy." On the first "keywords" drop-down menu, select "implantation dip." Then click the "search" button at the bottom of the page.
Thanks for the response! It looks like it did not dip below the coverline. my coverline is 97.5. it dipped from 98.0 to 97.6. This morning it went back up to 98.1.
Thanks for the info on the chart searching! That is very interesting and fun to look at! It looks like a lot of people have up/down temps in luteal phase. I also did some research and I guess dips in the luteal phase doesnt necessarily mean anything....but it's still fun to look at!
