Ok, I hope someone can give me an answer I this. I think my thermometer is bunk but maybe I'm crazy.

I went to bed at 10pm last night. Woke at 12mid and then again at 4am. I woke for the day at 7am. I know that you are suppose to have 4 hours of sleep but really, I didn't get that last night except for the mid to 4 and it didn't occur to me to temp.

When I temped at 7am, I got 97.41. That did not seem right to me as that is well below my coverline and also that I had been up several times during the night, which should make my temp higher correct?

So I retemped right away. I got 97.84. Then to be sure, I retemped again. 97.81.

So....what is going on????

Should I buy a new thermometer? Or is this just normal for a night with messed up sleep? And would my first temp have been correct? Should I go with that one??

its normal. as soon as you get up your temp starts to rise. in situations like this i temp when I get up in the morning, record that temp and incidcate sleep deprived in the options. it will assign the temp an open circle
