Hi ladies!
I´m not new to charting but this is the 1st cycle I´m checking my cervix (ever).
Today was the first day I felt it high and soft... is there usually a time-frame between this happens and ovulation or it´s a "hit or miss" thing? Like EWCM, that can last a couple of days.

Ovulation happens closest to the last day you notice a slippery feeling when you walk around (caused by the CM). Cervix changes can begin several days prior to ovulation, just as the fertile CM begins several days prior to ovulation. Once ovulation occurs, the CM should change abruptly from slippery to not slippery anymore.

just a quick reply I just got a ovulation scope.. and on cyle 14 ferning and 15 ferning.. saterday ferning.. those 3 days were TMI.. wet..and on sunday ferning I had ewcm.just that day. Today ferning but not as big and the days before. Now Im tacky today......dont know how to check my cercix I heard you can also use your cervical mucus on those scope they do at the docs office.. I have only use my saliva but not a bad idea next cycle if this one dont work out
