I thought by now I would know... 13 DPO is pretty late to find out if you're pregnant right?

No necessarily, plenty of women, myself included (except for this pg), have gotten bfp later on. Some have to be late in order to get a line.

13-15 days is still not too late, some people have longer luteal phases
