So FF says now...Further qs post 5

That I O'd on CD13 (Saturday) even though I didn't get 3 temp increases or whatever it's meant to be, it just spiked on Sunday and then dipped and "stuck" today.

However yesterday I had EWCM and I thought when you have EWCM, you're fertile? DP was feeling a little better and we BD but it looks now (according to FF) that that won't have counted for anything. Pah. (I know the chart says we BD on CD13 which we did, but DP has been terribly ill and couldn't finish).

Anyway if anyone could take a glimpse at my chart and say whether they agree with FF. If it's got it right, as predicted, I'm out for October.

SO far it looks right, however, if you get another temp spike, your O date might change to today.

Did the EWCM you had on CD15 & 16 make you feel as wet and slippery as the EWCM from CD 13 & 14?

As long as you BD when you have slippery CM and during the 2 days after it stops, you have a chance.

It was exactly the same sort of EWCM and was accompanied by feeling super horny both times...I just can't work it out. FF has taken the full lines on my crosshairs away and gone to dotted lines now, I don't know whether that's because my temp dropped a little today (but is still above the coverline). Does this mean I didn't O at all?

FF made the lines dotted because it's unsure about ovulation, very likely because of the EWCM. If it was just as wet/slippery as before, then that trumps anything the temps say. Temps can vary for reasons other than fertiltiy, so when they don't agree with the CM pattern - CM trumps temps. You need both the thermal shift and CM Peak to confirm ovulation. So at this point, because the CM continued - I'd say you're still in the fertile zone waiting to confirm ovulation.

your CM from after your temp rise means they arent sure of O now. so there is still a chnace hun

I agree with the others. Since you are still having the EWCM, keep on BDing. I'm curious to see what your temps start doing now. Good luck! I hate it when all of the signs don't add up and only make things more confusing.

Well it still hasn't re-confirmed the dotted crosshairs, or moved them. I think I'm out this month. We didn't BD anymore, not to be awkward, just because DP is still unwell, and I've been unwell myself too. I just wish FF would block in the crosshairs again because otherwise I'll start obsessing that I'm not ovulating or something!!

I'd say CD16 for O day, because that's when the slippery CM ended (though ovulation can still occur up to 2 days after that). Temps can start to rise a few days before or a few days after, so they are simply not lining up perfectly this cycle. That doesn't mean you didn't O or didn't have a chance. You BD'd while fertile, so there's a chance.

Yeah but when we BD on CD13 my partner didn't finish, like I say, he's been ill. If you're right and I did O on CD16, agreed, there is a chance. Thank you so much for keep looking and helping me interpret. I think I would go crazy without more experienced ladies letting me know what's what.
