This is bad right? I know this is just a tool to track your progress but the temp dip is realy freaking me out.... I hope that this isn't a sign of AF..... Me sad......

Sorry hun. The morning I temp and it falls below the coverline AF starts by that afternoon. Good luck this cycle

That's exactly what happened! I still have crampy pains on my leftside... I try to psych myself out that this is implantation bleeding but it really is much heavier... I think...

sorry hun good luck this month. Implantation bleeding tends to be minimal not like period heavy bleeding hun
