Normally when I O (see past charts) it's obvious. I know I did because my nips get VERY sore. I have PCOS, so even if I feel mittelschmerz it feels the same as normal PCOS aches. This past weekend, I felt the mittelschmerz pretty bad saturday afternoon, and that evening my nips started feeling sore. We DTD (not wanting pregnancy, but not using condoms, we "pulled out" but I was in control so don't really know when to time it lol) sunday morning. Since then, my nips have been SOOO sore and tender. I was convinced I had, due to usual symptoms. But my temp on tuesday and this morning is not where I expect it to be. Normally my pre-O temps are 97.2-97.5 and post-O are 97.7-97.85. This morning it was 97.41. But my temps have been much lower than normal.

What could this mean? Do base temps change? Can I assume O due to the temp difference? My breasts are feeling tender but it could be because I have been constantly squishing them...ha ha ha!

Your base temp can change, yes. It can change from cycle to cycle, or the range can gradually shift higher or lower within the same cycle.

It doesn't look like there is enough data (neither CM nor temps) to confirm ovulation with certainty. Sorry! All you can really do is wait and see.

Yeah, I would love for things to turn up + but I definitely don't get my hopes up. I spoke with my nurse, and I am going in on saturday for a progesterone test. I believe I ovulated saturday, so they are doing a day 22 progesterone. PLEASE keep your fingers crossed in hopes that I ovulated! I feel so proud when I do given I have PCOS!

Found out today that my progesterone was 8.1 on saturday. Not sure if that is good or not though.. :/

My RN just said to call her when I get AF so that they can document it.

I'm pretty sure a progesterone level of 8.1 would indicated that you have ovulated and your temps do seem to also confirm it.
