Hi!
My name is Jacque, 30, and DH is Jason, 31. Our little girl, Annalise, was born 8/28/11. I posted here back when we were TTC our little boy, Matthew, who was stillborn at 23 weeks 7/1/10. I pretty much know how to chart- I used FF when TTC both Matthew and Annalise and we got our BFP with Annalise the second month we were TTC. Charting after having a baby though is completely new to me and out of my realm. I haven't gotten a PP AF yet- I am pumping and also supplementing with formula so I don't know when my AF will return. I would rather not use hormonal birth control but I don't know how to start charting when I have no idea if/when I will O. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm not sure other then temping, but I guess you have to have a date of your last period plugged in to start. Have you checked out the Taking Charge Of Your Fertility book yet? If you don't have it - I highly suggest getting it. You can buy it off amazon, or rent it at a library.
