Ladies who temp vaginally, how do you temp during AF when you have either tampon or menstrual cup in you? I think I should temp vaginally because I'm often a mouth breather, but am not sure how it works at that time of the month.

I temp orally, but if it were me, I just wouldn't temp during AF. As it is, I've pretty much stopped temping during AF anyway. Those temps really aren't that important in the grand scheme of things anyway. Hopefully someone who temps vaginally will be able to give you some more insight too.

I temp orally too. most I know of dont temp until AF is over
