I know there are a few different rules of thumb on this so Im wondering what you all do or reccommend on this. How much time off of when you normally temp would you adjust it in your chart? For example. I usually temp between 715 and 730, this morning it wasnt until 8. A few mornings it was 645. How or would you adjust those temps?
hmm. i never did adjust a temp. If I was have an hour or an hour off I would just enter in the right time and if it was too far away from the regular time it was an open circle. I might try it next time around
Yeah, I remember reading somewhere that you should NOT adjust temperatures, but I'm pretty sure that was directed at people who arbitrarily decided how much they wanted to adjust it without an equation or anything. I've overslept a few times lately and the site Adrienne recommended sorted everything out. I can tell it's very accurate and am looking forward to seeing a clear O next time!
The last few days my son has been waking up between 5-6 am, early enough that I didnt get a chace to temp. Today I did.
My actual temp was 96.8. The adjusted temp is 97.05. Would you enter the actual or adjusted temp in this case? The last two recorded temps were 96.8, also.
