So there is a chance I might have Ovulated yesterday. This morning I woke up early at 5:30 and took my temp because I wasn't sure what time it was and was paranoid about not taking it. It was 98.0. After I took my temp, I checked my cell phone and saw what time it really was. I went back to sleep for one hour and let my alarm wake me. I checked my temp again, it was also 98.0. Now I am confused. I didn't get out of bed or anything enough to really raise or lower my temp, but I obviously did wake up enough to disrupt that 3-hour rule of solid sleep before temping.
If I use a temp adjuster online, my temp should be 98.2. However, I am not sure if that is accurate either as my hour-before disruption really wasn't that major. The only reason I am really concerned here is because this temp could dictate whether or not I am seeing my post-O spike.
Would love some advice, which temp should i use?
