I was just wondering if my Post O temps would be considered too low? and if so what would that mean? They seem to be just barely above coverline, even dipped at one point. This is my first cycle after M/C so could that have an affect? Thanks!

So sorry about your loss!

It's normal the first cycle after a m/c. But it's also possible you didn't ovulate yet, as there aren't enough temps before the alleged ovulation date to be sure that this is really a shift. It's normal for ovulation to be delayed after a m/c too. Have you felt quite dry since CD20, or have you noticed any increased wetness or lubrication since then?

I haven't had any wet CM since the 4-5 days of extreme wetness, and I've never had as much EW cm ever as I did those few days. Plus I had pretty bad Ovulation pains. But I see what your saying too, I did start temping late. I guess only time will tell. As of August 13th my HCG was 95 too, if that helps at all. lol Thanks for your response!

Yeah, the tough part is all you can do is wait and see. If this was truly ovulation, it could have been weak one (likely due to the recent presence of hCg), which makes for lower temps during the LP. But if it wasn't truly ovulation, your body might try again yet. Keep tracking your signs just in case it does!

Yeah I will be keeping track for sure!

One more question for you lol how many cycles should I wait after my m/c & d&c before ttc again? 2-3 cycles? I've been trying to find an answer for this, but I keep seeing different answers. Thanks!

Well, that sort of depends. Were you tracking your cycle before your m/c? If your previous cycles had a healthy Luteal Phase length, then there's really no need to wait before TTC again. If your previous cycles revealed a short LP, that could have been why you m/c. It's something you should get treatment for before trying again, if you want to reduce the chance of another loss.

Also, are you recovering from any synthetic hormones? If so, how long have you been off?

I've been tracking for a while, and I normally have an 11 day LP is that considered normal? I was 11 weeks 4 days when I m/c, but I have no idea why. I haven't been on any BC in well over 7 years (was on depo shots for almost 2 years after having my son)

An 11 - 16 day LP is normal and since it's been a long time since you were on BC, I don't really think there's a reason to wait to TTC.

I am very sorry for your loss.

I had a miscarriage the cycle before my last pregnancy. Ovulated on time. Personally, I don't think they have your O date correct. I think it was the day before what is marked. Your coverline would be lower in that case. It looks like your mucus is starting to dry up that day. You had the EW, and it dropped back to W.

I wouldn't worry about how high the temps are. I had a twin pregnancy in Nov 2010, and my temps were really strange. They were low, then regular post-O high, and finally settled medium. It was a funky triphasic where at 7 dpo, they dropped lower than all the previous TWW temps, but were just barely above the coverline. Lost them around 11 weeks, too.

I was wondering about CD 19 as my possible O day as well, but this is what FF gave me. I played around with it a little and if I had more temps before ovulation then it gives me CD 19 as my O day. Guess time will tell. Thanks for your response. Sorry for your losses!

Now with today's temp FF gives me CD24 with dotted lines. I don't think that's right, can't wait for this cycle to be over! LOL
