Yes I know I flub ahead a day or 2 to see what happens... but I might get CHs tomorrow. I origianlly started a new cycle on the 3rd with my chart when I was spotting but I decided to remove that as it wasnt a confirmed AF (thanks Shawna for advice)

I havent had a post Mirena period yet so I am hoping this might be it (or that I at least get a normal period after this)

1f3a57 Ovulation charts on FertilityFriend.com

Our timing is pretty good so here is hoping.

Is the "L" bleeding at the beginning of this chart the Mirena removal?

It's interesting, because I think what we're seeing on your chart is the withdrawal from the synthetic progesterone. See how your temps remained higher for awhile after removal, then they dropped around the same time you had that spotting? Progesterone is the hormone responsible for making temps rise after ovulation...but it's neat to see that as the phony progesterone is leaving your system, the temps started going down.

see i was mistakenly thinking that spotting was indicating a new cycle but what you said makes a lot of sense.

I am interested to see the next few days of temps before i am 100% confident I did ovulate

Definitely! I wouldn't be too surprised if you didn't, as there wasn't much of a CM build up - but that could be lingering effect of the Mirena.
