I am wondering if anyone has a problem with this? I wake up several times at night and not sure if charting is worth it anymore. When I sleep for that solid chunk of times my temps seem much better when I wake at night they don't seem to reflect accurate data. Meaning, I am pretty sure I O'ed already but when I wake at night a couple times the temp doesn't reflect a post O temp and the temps bounce up and down.
Anyways, thoughts on getting around this? My set time for temping is about 5am, then if I wake up at 4 I will just temp and use the adjuster, but I think I am waking up around 3 briefly and then when I temp between 4 and 5 am it seems to lower. Does this make any sense? I hope next cycle temps will be better. TIA
