Hello I JUST started charting I am on CD 9, and my chart is all over the place. It is impossiblefor me to take my temp the same time every day. I work the overnight 2X a week and 3X every two weeks. I used OPK's last cycle but couldn't tell if I O'd...

Hmm, it looks too early to tell if you have OVd this cycle yet. The dip may have just been from different timing.

On FF, there is a tool that will help adjust your temperatures. It might help interpret your chart a little more. :/

Yes, the dip was when I woke up at 4am for work. For the most part, I have been taking my temp between 8:30-9:30am

have you tried just keeping track of how many hours you sleep instead of a certain time you chart? So say no matter when you fall asleep, take your temp 6 hours later. That might make your temps look more consistent.
