Good Morning Ladies!

If you can look at my chart in my siggy, is it normal to have such a big temp drop? According to FF I am in the green now and should O around the 13th. I have never charted before so I am not sure if at my highest temp, which I had the most ewcm, is when I O'd or if my body is getting ready to O.

Thanks in advance!

You are still early in your cycle, a drop like that probably has no significance, but it does show your hormones are fluctuating. It could be an ovulation did, but keep in mind you are only on CD 9. The EWCM shows you are gearing up to ovulate. Once you ovulate, your CM with dry up and will usually become dry or none existent. It could also just become creamy/milky/lotiony which is also a less fertile CM and considered a "dry up". You will need a thermal shift of something like 0.2 degrees higher then the previous five temps for at least three days to confirm O as well as a CM dry up of at least three days.

You can go tot he library and check out the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility or if you want, you can also buy it. Its an excellent book and tells all sorts of what ifs and what to do for them, as well as shows pictures of CM and how to describe them.

Good luck!
