Hi ladies. I am fairly new to temping. This is my first cycle on clomid. I got a positive opk along with EWCM and cramping a few days ago. I feel like I O'ed, but my temps are actually from my baseline about .3 degrees. Does this mean I did not actually O? I just read somewhere about mouth breathing while sleeping messing with temps. Is that true? I have been sick the past 3-4 days and unable to breathe out my nose much lol. Thanks ladies.

I agree, temping orally is usually fine, but a cold can definitely mess up your charting. Even if you weren't mouth breathing it can still delay O or cause higher then normal temps from fighting the virus, or it might not affect it at all. :/
