How can you tell if your just spotting vs. having full blown AF arrive?

Today I had a very light pink color on my teepee when I wiped, so I got all upset and swiped my cervix (which is still pretty high) and I got some darker pink...definately there...watery blood. Would you consider it spotting or a light AF?

I'd say your spotting. AF is when the flow is red...

Hrmm...I googled it and it said that if it's pink it's spotting as well...so I guess I'll just put down spotting. Maybe it's implantation spotting?! *tries not to get her hopes up*
