Hi Ladies,

I am new to charting & need some help.

how do U check ur cervix if its open/closed & high/medium/low? And how can U tell ur CM from semen? Is there even away? Me & my DH r DTD eveynight to catch my eggie this month.
I olny had a 15day cycle last month due to BC. the day I was due to O I started to bleed so I am doubting I am pregnant.

On my chart it only has my perdicted O date. What do I have to do to know the right day I O?
I readed all the charting info in the sticky but I am still so confussed.

I'm not a pro at checking your cervix so maybe someone else can help with that. The semen vs CM thing-I was told that semen breaks down in water and EWCM will not. Also semen will be sticky when it dries. It will take a few cycles to figure out when you ovulate. The only way to know for sure is charting (I think-someone please correct me if I'm wrong). When you chart your temps you wont know until AFTER you ovulate.

Correct your hcart will show you ovulation after it happens!! ...As for checking cp, it really can take 3 cycles to really get to know whta your open feels like..it depends on if youve had kids, if youve had any procedures etc...mine is always slightly open b/c I have had 1 vaginal birth, 2 hsgs, 2 dnc's and something else(cant remember what its called) and each time they had to dialate my cervix which make sit that much more stretchy open like kwim.....
