i am very new to charting i actually got started late this cycle. however my question is this... i have had cramps for the last 2 days and i am wondering what they could mean since my temp is erratic. my temp is erratic because i have insomnia and i wake several times a night... i usually temp when i get up at about 6-630am the last time i get up, from sleeping... i am taking those "classes" from FF but they arent much help any advice would be appreciated thanks!

Hmmm, well I'll tell ya, I often have those pains throughout my cycle. I never really know what they mean. Did u pick your O date on your chart because of your + opk? I'm not sure if that's correct. You actually could've O'd on cd16 and that could be where your pains are coming from. But it's hard to say with your temps the way they are. Sorry I'm not much help. Good Luck!
