Hi there, I just found this forum today and was wondering if you'd be able to help me a bit? Here's a little about me:
I have had 3 m/c's, one of those pg's was twins. After m/c number 2 (the twins) the RE found I had a uterine septum. I had surgery to have that and endo removed. I got pg again in Dec 05...was in a car accident and lost that baby on 1/30/06. In June I went back to see the RE looking for a clean bill of health since Dh and I were ready to try again (as you can imagine what happened in Jan was VERY traumatic for us). Well my RE found I had scar tissue that had developed, most likely from the last d and c that I had for the Jan. loss. So I had surgery again in June 06 to get that removed and this is now our first opportunity to ttc since that surgery. If you wouldn't mind taking a look at my chart and letting me know your thoughts I would REALLY appreciate it. My link that I am including also has my last chart of when I got pg in Dec so you can compare if you'd like. I am mainly confused by the flat temps as of late....also you should know my DH has a low sperm count and I am on progesterone suppositories 2 x a day (morning and night since 3 DPO per RE's orders). Also we bd on the day of O and 2 days prior to O.
Thank you soooo very much!!!

Hey Norina, so far your chart is looking great! Don't let the flat temps fool you, they are a sign of good nice hormone levels. It looks similar to your Dec chart, the next few days will paint a much better picture. All crossables crossed xxxxxxx. (((((((High Temp Vibes)))))))

I agree that those flat temps are a good sign. It's nice to see that your temps are nice and even. Can't wait to see what the next couple of days bring for you!

Norina I wish you luck and hope your journey is short. That is a lot of loss to go through.

A dip during the luteaul phase is completely normal...I do not beleive in the implant dip at all....see in every single tww there is a time when estrogen surpasses progesterone for a short period of time. the effect caused by that is a period of time with a lower temp. now if the surge happens right before bed you will have a dip in the lp....but if the surge happens in the morning you wont notice a dip b/c the surge would be gone by then kwim.....its totally normal and the temp will go back up tommorrow

if you didnt notice it when you werent pregnant than it probably happened in the morning which would mean that the estrogen surge would be gone by the next morning...if you check out my charts you will see i have a dip pretty much every time...also in the chart gallery youll notice just about everyone has a dip almost every month..even if its just a small dip.....

also....heres some useful info

It is not known where the "Implantation Dip Myth" got started, but it is one hard myth to break. Women have grown to believe it means that implantation has taken place when their temperature suddenly drops sometime after ovulation, and then goes back up. There is no scientific basis for why implantation of an embryo would cause basal temperature to drop. In fact, implantation of an embryo may cause temperatures to slowly rise (see Triphasic Temperature Pattern). There is however, a reason for what is called a "fallback temperature."

If you'll focus on the "plasma hormonal concentration" section of the chart you can see the relative levels of progesterone and estrogen. Notice that a time after ovulation that estrogen levels surpass progesterone. This is the cause for the fallback temperature. The hormonal chart may be a little misleading, fallback temperatures can happen anywhere from 2-9dpo and do not mean you are or are not pregnant. Do not give up hope if you have a drop in temperature before 12dpo, it doesn't necessarily mean you are not pregnant. It is not a pregnancy symptom though.
