my cycles are usually 31-33 days long, i'm on CD 20, so i guess theoretically i could still ovulate this cycle... but so far... blech.

look at my chart. (click on Stewie in my siggie)

is there any natural type supplement i can take to help balance my hormones/get my cycle back to normal? (my doctor suspects a hormone imbalance too, but hasn't offered any help other than an ultrasound and a d&c - to see if that stops the spotting i have during the first part of my cycle).

Okay, here I go.... ......it's normal for some woman to have annov cycles once in a while. So don't get discouraged. Secondly....GET THAT ULTRASOUND WOMAN!!!!! If something is going on, and you do get pg, u might not be able to carry to term and can be dangerous to fetus or u might m/c. So u really need to see what's going on. You had a long AF this time, you may have a longer cycle so u may O later than usual. Also maybe this spotting is from O...although I'm not sure your temps show you've O'd yet.

Anywho, just my thoughts......but i do really wish you would get that U/S done. It'll also show if u have any follies growing. It would be very beneficial. Good Luck!!!!

Try taking that stray high temp out. It may be the difference in whether FF picks up a thermal shift or not. I had a stray high & took it out. Sometimes it happens. That is the best advice I have.

hrmm... i have cross hairs now. i discarded the weird high temp spike on CD 17 like Astrid suggested and FF tells me i ovulated on CD 18. if i keep the weird high spike in there, i get cross hairs on CD 16.

(i think i temped late on CD 17, i remember wondering if i should put it in there or not.)

so i guess, either way, i've ovulated.

Well, maybe you didn't O when you posted it, but it sure looks like you O'd now! Those temps look good so far!!! Good luck Zehava! I hope this is your month.
