I read on somewhere a while ago, i dont remember but one lady said getting 3 hours of sleep is more important than tempting time. She said she`d always get accurate charts if she slept for 3 hours even if it is different times.

i set my alarm to 6 am in the morning. Last night my son woke up at 4:30 i gave him his bottle, and went back to sleep and took my temp. at 6 am as usual. I hope it is ok.

Also my pos-O temps are so flat. It was like this last cycle . What does it mean?

I temp at any old time of day I sleep (maybe I was the one you were thinking about? Not sure! I'm not around much). And it totally works for me. For some women it is much more important that they temp at the same time every day and temping at different times give a very unreliable, strange chart.

However, either way, less than 3 hours of sleep isn't going to give you an accurate temperture. It just takes longer for your body to settle into your basal state.

At least the disruption happened after your ovulation and the I think the temperatures are more needed to verify that ovulation happened. Disruptions happen, so just try to keep the conditions as identical as possible. And then record them as they happened and then maybe just add a note.
