My chart has a big drop in the temp. Is that a good thing maybe?

Should I discared it since it was so cold in my house?I am below coverline....

Maybe Inplantation Dip?? You are not very far below coverline......looks fine to me!

I took it again & it was 98.3 I havent moved outta bed r anything so what made it go back up?
