Okay, so here is the deal. I am on CD 4 and AF is starting to leave I think. BTW this is my first month of charting too in case you wondered...Anyway, on CD 1, 2, and 3, my temp was flatlined at 98.1 and on CD 4 (today) my temp jumped up to 98.4??? Is this normal??? I temp first thing before I get out of bed in the a.m. and am not sure why it jumped up like that??? Is that okay?? Please help me...

Can you post a link or add a link to your siggy so we can stalk you? A lot of people's temps jump all around when AF is around so it sounds pretty normal.

I don't temp during AF just b/c of this reason. Also, my temps are all over the place anyway but you can def see the thermal shift. It is ok to go up or down a few tenths. There are many things that can affect temping like sleeping w/ mouth open or getting up w/i a few hours of temping, lack of 6 hours of sleep, alcohol, etc.
