hey guys im new to this charting thing and i have a ? do i start taking the temps the day AF starts or ends!?! which i started on Sat!

Don't really matter. Some women don't chart during AF, because temps tend to be erratic.......while others do it out of habit more or less. You can start anytime now!

I find that if I skip AF temping, then I forget to start temping! lol I get out of the habit. So I temp during AF.

Welcome! I also temp throughout, because if I stop temping, then it's harder to get back into the rythm of starting back again!
