I am nervous, but we'll see what happens. I am mostly nervous that it will effect my milk supply. If I see it dropping, I am going to not take it. I am not ready to wean Leo yet.

From my understanding it not only helps u O but shorten your cycles. I wanted to take it, but was afraid. My cycles are good I would just like to regulate my O date more. (and maybe a better chance of twins.... )

Be careful with that! Soy can really mess up your thyroid, which creates havoc with all your other hormonal functions! (Think of hormones like a delicate spider web - pull one thread and you kind of warp the whole thing!) There are much safer things you could try first!
