I think I O'd yesterday, my CM dried up and I felt O pain. My temp is not up much this morning though, and I still got a + OPK. I put in a few fake temps and FF puts yesterday as my O too. What does it mean to get so many days of + OPK? I really think yesterday was my day, I hope so because we did great with BDing! Help someone>

Like I told Carly I'm not good with charts AT ALL! But you've been Bding like crazy so I think if you have ovulated already you pretty much got it covered. I would just Bd for a couple more days just in case!!! I have NO IDEA what it means when you keep getting + OPK's!! I would just keep Bding! I hope you catch that egg this month!! GOOD LUCK!

Its possible to have a few days of pos opks. Don't let it throw you off, just keep in mind that opks catch your LH surge while its on its rise to peak and its slow decent to fall. Since you can ovulate anywhere from 24 to 36 hours once you have a pos opk, its very common for women to have two to three days of pos opks. I hope I explained that well enough. You did have a small temp rise today but I would continue to BD just to cover your bases until you see a sustained thermal shift. GL! HTH! (((((((Baby Vibes)))))))

I agree w/Marilyn. You can O up to 72 hours AFTER getting a pos on those OPK's so keep bding everyday. When your OPK goes back to a neg I would bd for the following 3 days just in case...That eggy can release a little late. Best wishes!!!

Thanks girls,
Last month I got 5 days of + OPK and FF put my O date on the second day of + OPK. I'm very confused about what my body is doing. Why would my LH have been surging for 3 days AFTER I O'd??? It seems like I am on the same path this month. Any ideas?

PS I hope to get more Bding, I'm just getting kind of sick of it

The only thing I can tell you about opks is they become pos once they catch your surge. If your surge is slow on its rise up and it fall down, that might be the reason why you had so many days of pos opks the last cycle. FF primarily goes by your bbt and cm, it considers opks and cp secondary signs, not primary. That is the reason why it gave you crosshairs on the second day of your pos opks, because of your temps. HTH! (((((((Baby Vibes))))))) When in doubt, BD!

OK, that does help. Maybe I just have a slower fall. Maybe I don't drink enough water and my LH sticks around longer, I don't know. LOL
Thanks for everyone's help. I'm going to hope for nice rising temps from here on out.

You probably know this, but I'll say it just in case--the OPK's I had said that if the Test line is not as dark or darker, it is not positive. If they are fainter it is negative.

But you probably already know that, and I'm new to this--just a suggestion

Thanks, but unforunately, I did know that. I appreciate your covering all bases though. I wish it were the case that I misinterpreted the OPK results. But there is good news, I used another OPK strip this evening and it was neg. Since my first + was saturday evening (it was neg sat morning) I took out the + OPK for today. I am crossing my fingers that yesterday was O day. My BBs are pretty sore today so that is a pretty good sign that I O'd already. We're gonna BD tonight, I think, just in case though
Thanks for all your help, this is a frustrating and emotional process and it is nice to have you all for help, or just to vent.

Well, I think you O'd on Sunday, but got to see today's temps. Here's another thought. How sensitive are the OPK strips you are using? Some women have more LH in their system than others. If you are using one of the really sensitive OPK strips it might make it harder to read the results. Try looking for one that is in the 30 or even 40. I think the internet cheapies all read really low amounts. You might want to try a brand like Answer or Clear Blue Easy. For OPKs the lowest sensitivity isn't always the best.

YAY!! your temps look like they are going up! I have had similar experiences with OPK's...except I have a mini surge before my REAL surge so I have now found out...OPK's look for a threshold level of LH...so you might have enough to reach the threshold and give a positive OPK result but still not quite be at your surge...just listen to your body and your temps and CM will help out a lot more. OPK's are good for getting a estimate of when you may ovulate...but your temps always give a better idea...just trust your body and it looks like you are heading into the 2WW!!! good luck I hope you get your BFP!!!
