I took the soy yesterday. Today, I chickened out. I am a slightly paranoid person when it comes to stuff like that. If I wasn't breastfeeding, I think I would take it. Of course, if I wasn't breastfeeding I probably wouldn't need it, lol.

I think it would be hard for you to take it, u don't have a "cycle" yet do you? From what I've read, most ladies take it like clomid, so they take it cd 3-cd7 then stop. If all that's in it is soy, then it shouldn't hurt the lil tyke, but you should probably ask a pharmacist, pedi or ob doc. Good Luck!

I think I am mostly concerned because when Leo was born he was in the hospital for 4 days. They think he might have a milk protein allergy. Even with me breastfeeding they were pretty sure he was sensitive to milk. And from what I have read kids with milk sensitivities can also have soy sensitivities. Just not something I want to risk. He seems to be not so sensitive to it in my diet any more, but just the same I am not sure monkeying around with things is a good idea.
