Notice a temperature shift when you ovulate. I mean, really notice without even having to take your temperature?
The reson why I ask is because I'M SOOO HOT!!!! I definately don't feel like I did yesterday in terms of body temp. Sure, I've been at work and stuff, but I woke up hot.

i dont usually notice a difference without temping....honestly i am always cold lol so if i did feel a bit warmer id prob blame it on the many blankets i use all the time lol
