Day of O, day before O, 2 days before O?

I know there's a chance with either of these, but rank them in best to worst chance. KWIM

Ok, if I had to pick, I would pick the day before O out of the three choices.

I was just reading some scientific study I found online a couple of days ago, and it ranked them like this:
BEST was actually 2 days before, followed by O day, followed by 1 day before.

But I agree with the PPs, day before, then two day, then day of O.

Oh, and mostly I agree with Sandy - when in doubt, do 'em all!

i say everyday, LOL!!! but i would honestly say that two days before O is good too
