Just as i suspected yesterday......AF is here full force this morning!

So I hope i get another chance next month with Oing!
My question is: My LP was only 11 days.....thats not long enough is it to sustain a pregnancy? Is there anything i can do to extend my LP? I think i read somewhere about something, but i forgot what it was! TIA! Sorry for my whining and complaining all cycle long!

I have the same problem. My LP is usually 9 or 10 days. You can take B-6 and B-complex and that will extend your LP. I took it and my LP went up to like 13 or 14 day. I think I took 100 mg of B-6 and one B-complex.

I did sustain one pregnancy, but I wasn't charting back then. I have no idea what my LP was like.

My only advice is to keep charting a few more months, take the b6 and bcomplex, surely couldn't hurt and see if it helps. If it doesn't make an appt with your gyn and see what he/she says. Good Luck!
