I am two days past my usual luteal phase if ff is right about o date. otherwise when do you think i o'd. i'm thinking yesterday, but that is about as high as my temp ever goes so i don't know how my temps will get them to change my o date. i have sore breasts, crabby all signs of o or pg so i don't know what to think. If i o'd yesterday would breasts still be sore? or have i not o'd yet, arghhh, please help me.

Yesterday looks promising. We'll have to see a couple more days of elevated temps to confirm it tho. Where is your cervix?

i'm not very good at cervix checking yet. it is soft though, i can still reach it but i don't always check at the same time. i think i o'd today though because i still have lots of ewcm and i was in a lot of pain. i had to take a hot bath. is it normal to have so much pain with o'ing i hardly even get cramps with af.

I had no idea how painful o'ing was until I got my non-hormonal IUD and started o'ing on a regular basis (I was used to bcp that prevent o). I get cramping, sharp pains, diarrhea, nausea, food cravings, moody. It's horrible. I went back on bcp again so that I wouldn't have to deal with it anymore, lol.

Mine this month felt totally like a rupturing cyst...It hurt a lot. I was convinced that it was a cyst that I even called for a doctor's appt. It went away though by the next morning, so I realized it was just O happening. The month earlier I had a lot of pain about a week after O that felt the same way, which is why I thought it was a cyst. So far, no more pain yet and 4/5 DPO now.

You sure look like you may have O'd to me! I'd like to wait for a couple more temps to be for sure. Good luck!

Yeah, I wish I knew the answer to that. I have no idea but I am curious myself. The only reason I finally believed that this recent pain was ovulation was because it was of very short duration...Less than 24 hours. The cycle before, my pain was definitely many days after ovulation and lasted many days. It was also strange to me b/c it didn't really hurt except when I sat in certain positions, including sitting on the toilet..It was like that position was causing more pressure and more pain. I guess it could have been a combination of both (since you can still get ovulation pain after ovulation) but it was just different to me. Sorry, wish I had more helpful information for you.
