When I went for my last ultrasound and trigger shot on CD 14 I had two eggs ready to ovulate and I am wondering if they ovulate at the same time or separatly? Also, how would my chart look?

You are supposed to ovulate about 36 to 40 hours after the shot which would be last Sunday night for me. My temp did go up on Monday morning to the bottom of my normal post O range, but today it went down a little bit into a more pre-O range. Could I have ovulated on Sunday night and again today (Tues)? Is that even possible?

I *believe* that the best egg gets released. The ovaries make a few each cycle and as they all develop, one gets better and stronger than the rest, and that is the one released.

I think you may have O'd yesterday. I am taking a guess on this one, but I think you might get a temp spike today. I'll stalk you again later today to see if you updated yet.

It looks to me like you may have ovulated CD17.
As for the eggs, if you do release 2 you will release them within 24 hours of each other.

I've read that if you release more than one egg, they'll be released within 24 hours of each other. Meaning, that you could possible have two eggs fertilized, and have fraternal twins! How cool!!!! Good luck!!

Thanks ladies. I am sort of thinking I ovulated more than one egg, but I don't really know. The doctor said I had two mature eggs at my last appointment when I had the trigger shot to release them. I guess there is no way to know for sure, but it would increase our chances of at least one of them getting fertilized.

Looks pretty good that you ovulated on sunday.

As far as the eggs being released, I am pretty sure that the best one would go, but if they both were to go, likely it would be at the same time. I wouldn't think there would be much difference in temps either.
