Yesterday I posted about my CM. It seemed like I had a lot of it yesterday. Well, DH and I bd'd last night. It seemed kind of dry. Also, I took an OPK which was negative. I am on CD11 today. My first ? is...since it seemed kind of dry, does that mean I am not fertile? My 2nd ? is about zyrtec. I usually take it year round for allergise. I know it's an antihistamine. I have bad allergies. I stopped taking it for now becauase I heard antihistamines can affect CM. I am going crazy,,,itching, etc. since I stopped taking it. Would I be okay to take it?

Its possible for the zrytec to dry up your cm since it is an antihistamine. If you feel miserable without taking it then I would say take it. You could drink green tea, green tea is full of antioxidants which is good for you and many women find that when they are drinking it they produce more fertile cm. HTH!

First off, I would guess if you are dry, that may be a sign you are not fertile yet.

As for the Zyrtec, I havent ever heard of it as being a problem with CM. It isn't a decongestant like some other allergy meds.
