I have been so good this month at temping at the same time (4am). Last night I woke at 4am when I herad my daughter callling...I jumped up, as did my husband and we both went to her, at which time I also made a quick trip to the bathroom and then to bed....all before I realized that I hadn't taken my temp. At that point it was 36.09. Well then we went back to bed and I slept until 7am at which time it was 36.19.
Would you use either temp or discard todays? This was an important temp days since I had some fertile CM yesterday and I had what felt like O cramps on and off all day yestersday.
Thanks in advance!

I don't know how to convert them from C to F.
What would they have been at F?

I ahve no idea how to convert that closely - all the online calculators just round then temps off. I will see if I can find one that is more specific.

I would use the temp at 7 because you took it as you woke up and you had 3 hours of rested sleep. Your FF chart will show an open circle for that temp (since you temped outised of your normal time frame). Though if this is O time it is best not to disgard it, its actually best not to disgard any temps if you can avoid it. HTH!

You take your temp at 4am? LOL
I agree go with the temp after the few extra hours of sleep. Also FF has a thing where you can put in both temps and it takes the average of the two for times like that.
When are you testing? Maybe we'll get a BFP together and be pg together again!

Welcome Laila I tried the temp corrector but it says my temp would be 35.86 which would be kinda low for me. Uggh of all the nights to forget to stick the thermometer in my mouth before moving......

Well, getting in late here, but I was going to say go with the first temp just because it is closer to the time you normally wake up, but I really don't think it matters which temp you use at this point. I think you will still be able to see a pattern.

you could use your 7am temp and adjust it to your waking time. It would have been 96.5 then.
