Ok ladies silly me I got up to pee this am and didnt temp it was about an hour before I normally get up and a I didnt event hink about it till the alarm whent off again and I temped. Way up besides I have a terrible chest cold so Im sure that has a bit to do with it. Should I discard? I am trying to be really good about temping this month so I can get a handle on my O date since I had OPK issues last month. Thanks for the advise in advance!

Don't disgard it for now. Try not to disgard temps if you can avoid it. Now considering that you are approaching O time I would play around with the temp. As long as that one temp does not mess with your overall pattern, I would just keep it as is. I hope this helps a little.

I agree. Leave your temp there. Just try and temp regularly from here.
