Yesterday my temps were 98.16. Last night I woke up about 2:45 a.m. and I could not get back to sleep until about 3:15 a.m. I did get up once to let the dog out and one another time to so something else. Then I went back to sleep and slept till 4:45. When I took my temp it was 98.71. I guess what I am trying to say is how much do you think that this affected my temp? Do you think they would be much lower since I did not get 3 consecutive hours of sleep? Thanks for your help.

Here's my two cents into it, that temp could have been slightly lower if you did get three consecutive hours of sleep. Don't disgard the temps, instead go into FF and check off sleep deprived for that day. That way you keep the temp (it will have an open circle) without disrupting your overall pattern. HTH!

My temps are usually elevated if my sleep is interrupted, which it definately sounds like your was. I would save the temp and see what the next few bring; if it is way out of wack then I would just discard it or save it in the notes sections of FF without recording it on your chart. If you miss one temp it will not effect your chart that much.

I see you made a note on your chart about it, that is what I would suggest. make a note of it, but don't throw it out.
